I have been a public servant for fifteen years. My 17 years of criminal,civil and appellate experience has uniquely prepared me for the bench.As a former Assistant District Attorney with the New Orleans Distric Attorneys Office. I have conducted over 80 Jury trials and over 100 Judge trials with a 80% conviction rate. As a Former Research Attorney at the Louisiana Supreme Court with Justice Bernette Johnson and at the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal with Judge Dennis Bagneris, I enhanced my analytical skills and expertise in civil,criminal, and appellate law by drafting well reasoned, definitive decisions which set legal policy in Louisiana .I have the requisite experience, and compassion to be fair,efficient, effective and proactive Judge .I have the temperament, wisdom and knowledge to serve wisely I have the independence to serve fairly and with integrity.
